About the Event
The Mindfulness Based Living Course is an 8-week programme designed specifically to help you work with your mind more easily and integrate mindfulness into daily life. The course also incorporates cultivating loving kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others.
As a charity our aim is to offer subsidized places to make mindfulness courses more accessible to the local community. The course fee is £115 for eight weeks incorporating 1 hour and 45 minute weekly sessions, a one day retreat and an optional follow up session one month after the course has ended. We also offer a concession rate for people on low income/state benefits for £58.00.

A full course manual and guided audio practices are provided during the course and for lifetime use after the course ends. We will also explore many concepts and practical ideas to integrate mindfulness into everyday life at home, work and relationships.
The course also includes a day retreat of practice and an optional follow up session one month after the course ends.
The course will be led by Julie Griffin, Mindfulness Teacher accredited with the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA).
