This class balances muscle groups with an emphasis on challenging your core through slow, controlled movements. Suitable for all levels with modifications offered ensuring the class is accessible and beneficial for all fitness levels. Beginners welcome.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a class please contact us ideally 24 hours in advance. You can do this by logging into your account, navigating to My Bookings and choose 'cancel'. We operate a waiting list policy and this process allows us to offer your place to another member. Sessions cancelled with less than 4 hours before the class start time will not be refunded back to your account. More than 3 cancellations without notice may result in future bookings not being accepted.
