Service Description
Classes focus on linking breath with movement, challenging both the mind and body in harmony with the four seasons of the year. We use breathwork, yoga postures and relaxation techniques in our Seasonal Yoga Vinyasa classes. If you would like to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, yoga can provide a healing environment to do so, whilst bringing health, fitness, and wellbeing.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a class please contact us ideally 24 hours in advance. You can do this by logging into your account, navigating to My Bookings and choose 'cancel'. We operate a waiting list policy and this process allows us to offer your place to another member. Sessions cancelled with less than 4 hours before the class start time will not be refunded back to your account. More than 3 cancellations without notice may result in future bookings not being accepted.
