Service Description
Are you living in your head, consumed by thoughts that are unhelpful and driving unpleasant emotions and behaviours? Mindfulness can help us understand ourselves better by paying more attention to the present moment. Learn to meditate with the support of a group and help your mind and body to feel calm, at ease, balanced, clearer and focused. Each week this class will offer an opportunity to practise being present and develop the skills of self-awareness, self-regulation and self-compassion to help us enjoy our lives more. Please wear comfortable or loose clothing. You might also like to bring socks for added comfort and a bottle of water. Cancellation Policy
To cancel a class please contact us ideally 24 hours in advance. You can do this by logging into your account, navigating to My Bookings and choose 'cancel'. We operate a waiting list policy and this process allows us to offer your place to another member. Sessions cancelled with less than 4 hours before the class start time will not be refunded back to your account. More than 3 cancellations without notice may result in future bookings not being accepted.
